Evan Popoff, MSc

Evan Popoff is Director of Biostatistics at RainCity Analytics, with over ten years of experience in biostatistics and health economics and outcomes research. He specializes in indirect treatment comparisons, including network meta-analyses (NMA), matching-adjusted indirect comparisons (MAICs), and simulated treatment comparisons (STCs).

His work spans oncology, infectious disease, immunology, and other therapeutic areas, alongside extensive experience in real-world evidence and health economic modeling. Evan has co-authored more than 50 peer-reviewed publications in leading journals, including The Lancet HIV, The BMJ, Blood, and AIDS.

He holds degrees in Mathematics, Economics, and Statistics from the University of British Columbia.
